In women aged 40 years with lifestyle or physical activity that is, walking with a speed of 2 miles per hour (roughly the equivalent of 70 steps per minute) for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 79.1 kcal, whereas the speed of 4 miles per hour (approximately about equal to 140 steps per minute) for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 184.1 kcal.

In men aged 40 years with lifestyle or physical activity that is, walking with a speed of 2 miles per hour for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 64.9 kcal, and with a speed of 4 miles per hour for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 186.7 kcal. If this is done routinely every day, then you can calculate how many calories are lost when you walk away.

e must know what it is cholesterol?
Often times we suffer from a sudden illness – arrived, and to cure him would cost quite expensive. This is because of our negligence in maintaining and managing our lives to stay healthy.

What is cholesterol?
Cholesterol is often associated with delicious food we eat, excess weight, age and so forth. Cholesterol is actually a complex fatty compounds, of which 80% came from within the body (liver) and 20% came from outside our bodies (food substances).

Cholesterol is present in food substances can raise cholesterol levels in the body. But if balanced with income needs, your body will stay healthy.

Cholesterol is not soluble in the blood, so it can be sent throughout the body needs to be packed together with proteins into particles “Lipoprotein” (which is considered a carrier (carrier) cholesterol in the body).

Cholesterol is a dangerous and not. In the above two types of views from its level of LDL cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein) is harmful to the body and HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) is not harmful to the body.

So we must keep the food we eat and balanced with exercise, for cholesterol in the body remain normal.

In general, exercise is one efficient way to keep people healthy physically and physiologically. It is also a way to train the muscles or lose weight. A person who is put through training affected normal stressors that activate the response of the body to cope with and meet the demands of the activity. This raises the level of output from person to some extent and it is a good thing and beneficial because the body is then able to improve the quality of higher level than now. However, there are times when we hurt because of improper methods, or by accident, or for other reasons. Staying healthy is still possible when injured while exercising without endangering the injured body part from further damage or complications.

There is a simple mnemonic that can help us who are usually called RICE is a way how to treat wounds that we have and stay healthy without the further complication of our injuries. This stands for Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevate.

Rest

With the injury to the body that we realize, may be accompanied by pain and discomfort, especially with the healing process. Therefore, we might actually not want to move and put pressure on the injury was to fill the day with our activities. The only way to stop feelings of discomfort and pain it is to take painkillers or rest. By allowing the injured body part breaks very important and efficient to speed up the healing process. Stay healthy at the time of injury can still be achieved using other body parts to continue their exercise routines.

Ice

Right after injuries such as sprains or strains, the affected joint or body parts begin to swell as the body fluid from rushing to the site of injury. This will prove very uncomfortable feelings and sensations of numbness if the swelling will cause the nerves surrounding the collision as well.

This usually occurs from several minutes to several hours after injury. Healing is also a bit slower after swell because the affected area if it is filled with a liquid non-healing. What is needed after an injury that likely will cause the swelling is to apply an ice pack on the affected body part and the area immediately around it. This is to prevent boats openly blood vessels allows fluid flow in that direction. Because the body is designed to normally close the vessels constrict when cold stimulus is applied, it will assist in slowing and preventing unwanted swelling.

However, proper care must be observed not to completely numb the senses with ice-cold. Maintain a temperature of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius for no more than 15 minutes should be safe. Again, and vascular vessel started taking Rebound Effect and not really the opposite effect to intended
destination.

Compress

Compression simply the act of wrapping the injured body part with a bandage and cover them with a safe and fit to add pressure to the injury. This is done with a few hand towels or wrapping bandages. Ice should be applied before can be applied by press method. In addition, compression allows for the effects of ice that will be in constant contact with the injured body part.

Elevate

Lifting the body after a secure fastening and stabilizing the injured part of the body increases the level of comfort for the person and also accelerate the healing process is not disrupted.

Stay healthy when injured to some extent inhibit the body’s activity maximum efficiency, yet still allows the advanced workout routines for other body parts are not affected. Make sure that these priorities will be secure to prevent movement or pressure that does not need to be placed on the injury.
