Results of recent studies in Japan revealed a warm water bath habits could harm our health. Chika Nishiyama of Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine School of Nursing is a team of researchers. Through these studies they found that cases of heart failure while bathing increases 10-fold in winter than summer.
The fact is quite important for Japanese society in particular, and the world at large given that most people liked to bathe in hot water for many hours to calm down after a busy day.
In Japan many people old enough hot water bath because the traditional Japanese houses are not closed properly like a house in the West. In addition, central heating equipment is also rarely used.
Nishiyama and his colleagues used data about 11 thousand cases of heart failure that occurred in western Osaka prefecture between 2005 and 2007 as the basis for their studies. Based on that data, prior heart failure, 22 percent of whom are in a state of sleep while 9 percent was in the shower. About 3 percent of heart failure while doing work activities and 0.5 percent of middle exercise.
Looking at the average case of heart failure, 54 cases occurred in 10 million people every hour when they were bathing. Followed by 10 cases from 10 million people who suffered heart failure during exercise.
