<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on studies from scientists at University College London states for 7 hours of sleep habits can help maintain the sharpness of the brain in old age. The team leader researcher Dr Jane Ferrie explains this decline in brain function as well as growing old four to four years.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The length of time to sleep normally decreases as you age so does the brain cognitive function. In experiments performed Ferrie and his team found that adults with sleep less than six hours in the past five years has decreased scores on tests of logic and vocabulary. They also found that individuals who sleep more than 8 hours a day showed a signal decrease in cognitive function.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-1394"></span>Ferrie and his team found that women who slept seven hours a day had the highest scores on cognitive tests, as men with sleep 6 to 8 hours. This is something to do with sleep fragmentation, though one old enough sleep, their sleep is not necessarily superior brain compared with others. We calculate the change of sleep makes the brain cognitive function is reduced, the same as someone who is aged four to seven years, said Ferrie.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It said that researchers used data from surveys of public health-related long-term. They were asked to complete the six cognitive tests including tests of logic, vocabulary, fluency in spoken and remembrance. Where research is known as the Whitehall II study followed 5431 participants aged 35 to 55 years.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">It turned out that rice is also more effective to reduce cholesterol levels in the body of the bread. Thus the results of studies that reported by Straits Times. In this study KFRI perform tests to compare students&#8217; endurance exercise after eating bread or rice. The results show after eating rice, they have an average exercise duration of 456 seconds, with a margin of error of 58.3 seconds. Compare with the average duration of 311 seconds (41.9 seconds margin of error) if they eat bread before workout.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-1347"></span>The researchers also analyzed how the rice and bread affect blood cholesterol levels in hamsters with high cholesterol levels. Within eight weeks, the hamsters who consumed rice turned out to show decreased levels of fat and cholesterol. And the conclusion is rice able to reduce the DNA that make up fat and increase metabolism and DNA-forming DNA decomposers.</p>
